About this service
We offer pregnancy and parent & baby (up to 1 year) groups in 9 communities in Winnipeg and now virtually.
Our pregnancy and parenting programs provide a safe space for people from pregnancy through the first year with baby to learn and grow as parents alongside their growing babies.
At each group, we discuss topics such as challenges of pregnancy, coping with change as a new parent, sleeping, feeding and more.
Our program team an outreach worker, registered dietitian and a public/community health nurse are here for families. The goal of each group is to meet the needs of parents. We start the discussion and participants steer it. Our ultimate goal is to help participants find answers to their questions and feel more connected to their community.

Healthy Start is open Mon - Thurs 8:45am - 4:30pm, Fri 8:45am - 3:30pm.
