About this service
GAIN is excited to offer a new mentorship program aimed at youth 12-17 who are gang involved or at risk for gang involvement. Trained mentors will work with participants during afternoons, evenings, and weekends for 1 year. The purpose of the project is to decrease participants involvement in harmful activities (such as alcohol and drug abuse, criminal activities, acts of violence), support participants as they create their own safe, positive and healthy path forward in life and to support participants as they disengage with gang involvement.
