Fred Douglas Lodge (FDL) is more than just a personal care home. It is a community that is active, vibrant and diverse. Staff at FDL want residents to call the Lodge home, a place where they feel comfortable and are well looked after.

Our staff is comprised of highly trained, compassionate people who want to help residents maintain independence and a high quality of life. Fred Douglas Lodge is the right choice when looking for a personal care home.

Before you can be admitted to Fred Douglas Lodge, you must have an assessment done by Home Care. If you are living at home, you need to contact the Long Term Care Access Centre Intake Line (204) 788-8330. They will arrange for an assessment to be done by a Home Care Case Coordinator.
