About this service
Dakota Community Centre is home to the Senior Resource Finder for the St.Boniface and St. Vital area. The Senior Resource Finder (SRF) helps link older adults 55+ to community supports, programs, and services within their community. Some of the services provided are E.R.I.K. (Emergency Response Information Kit), transportation referrals, and networking and community outreach.
Megan Moore, SRF and Program Coordinator for Older Adults & Volunteers at Dakota Community Centre partners with various health, social services, and community sectors to assist with promoting health and well-being of older adults in this area.
