About this service
The Peer Support Service supports people emotionally and practically through mental health challenges. It is based in the belief that having lived experience creates a bridge for empathy and understanding, building a mutually beneficial relationship. Peer Support is provided by a peer, someone who has experienced mental health challenges and is able to offer encouragement and hope through a recovery lens. Our peer support facilitator is trained and certified in peer support.
Hours:
By appointment Tuesdays 1 p.m. to 3 p.m.
By appointment Wednesdays 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
