About this service
CancerCare Manitobas Patient and Family Support Services offers a variety of support groups and programs in and outside of Winnipeg for people with cancer and their loved ones. Research has shown that participating in support groups can be effective in diminishing the distress associated with cancer. Some support groups and programs are time limited, while others are ongoing. All of the programs at CCMB are professionally facilitated.
