About this organization

COVID-19 Update: All staff and visitors to our office are asked to complete the shared health screening tool before entering the building.

We are a neutral third party with experience in non-violent conflict resolution and mediation. We can assist in identifying key issues and offer support in moving towards resolution and restored relationships. We offer this services at low or no cost, thanks to financial support from the United Way of Winnipeg.

Mediation Services is founded on the belief that nonviolent conflict resolution and restorative practices are a better way to address harm and restore relationships. Whenever possible, we involve victims (complainants) in creating understanding about the harm that was done and offer offenders (accused) the opportunity to take responsibility for that harm to move towards repairing relationships.
