About this organization
The Irish Club, as it is known to the people of Winnipeg and indeed Canada, owes its success to its founding principles of being non-sectarian, non political and not-for-profit. Our purpose is to promote Irish cultural development in a friendly, social atmosphere and have been doing so since 1972.
Today, the club operates as the centre for the propagation of Irish Culture, library, a place for friends to meet and a welcome for Irish new to the City and Province. We have an active membership and welcome all who are Irish, or want to be Irish!
