About this organization
Innovative Life Options is a non-profit organization to support the In the Company of Friends (ICOF) funding model. ICOF is a person-centered funding model available to eligible individuals from Community Living disAbility Services. Each individual receives direct funding to self-manage. Relationships, respect, self-determination, individualization and enhanced quality of life are the pillars of the model.
LIFE offers the Options for Services (OFS) program and Community Navigator program to individuals who manage their own service such as ICOF funding, Individualized Day Service, Respite and Supported Independent Living funding in Manitoba. as well as others seeking further opportunities for loved ones.
OFS offers administrative support for human resources, payroll, business set up, financial reporting and coordination.
The Community Navigator assists people in finding their way by discovering new options through exploration of resources, planning and developing relationships.
