About this organization

Arcane Horizon Inc. is a Winnipeg based charitable & not for profit organization supporting adults living with a developmental disability to live in their own homes within the community.

AHI utilizes three models for supporting individuals in community living:

Residential Living where individuals receive 24-hour supports to live in their own home.

Supported Independent Living where individuals live in their own home receiving varying levels of support as required meeting their specific requirements.

Home Sharing is a very specialized support method where an individual lives in the foster care providers home and the care provider is the primary support staff.

Day Program where individuals participate in daily activities out in the community and life skills programming centre.

Outreach where individuals are supported part-time, either in the home or in the community.

AHI also provides day supports to individuals.

Who can use it?

Individuals must be referred by Family Services and Labour (Community Living Disability Services)
