About this service
Regional Connections offer childcare service is free for parents who are attending on-site workshops, ESL classes, assessments, family programs and/or appointments with our Settlement Workers or Employment Facilitators.
Children in the program will:
- Learn through play while having fun.
- Participate in age appropriate activities to help them develop skills that will help with settlement into Canada.
- Children are encouraged to speak English and develop friendships.
- They will learn structure and routine to help make the transition into kindergarten easier
Important Information:
Parents must remain ON-Site while their children are participating in our Care for Newcomer Children program.
