About this service
Minds in Motion is a program designed for people with early to moderate signs of dementia to attend with a family member or friend. This weekly program offers 8 sessions including; a gentle chair fitness class followed by engaging activities and conversation. It is offered throughout the community at our partnered sites as well as virtually from our website.
Program Details
- Virtual or in person
- Register with preferred site partner
- Limit of 22 participants (11 pairs).
- Cost - $65 per pair
- Once a week for 8 week session
