About this service
This program provides little ones with the opportunity to explore and experience the world through messy play. This allows children to use and develop their senses, and to further develop their natural inquiry skills. There is no structure or rules on how to play, allowing more freedom to explore. It is also a great opportunity for caregivers to spend quality time with their children in an open-ended manner.
Who: Children aged 1-5
What: Take-home/virtual activity kits!
When: Monthly, from January to June 2021
Where: Families will pick up their kits and do the activities from the comfort of their homes.
Why: We are not able to meet in-person, but we still believe parents and children should have the opportunity to engage in messy play, together.
Cost: FREE thanks to funding provided by the Healthy Child Coalition-South East
Registration date/time for each monthly kit will be announced on Niverville Recreations social media! Stay tuned!
