Women's Wellness
Wednesday mornings from 10:00 to 11:00 am. This is a friends and family support group for women experiencing the "unhelpful behaviors" of others, including mood disorders and/or co-occurring addictions. It focuses upon strategies for self-development and self-care. This group does not meet on statutory holidays.
