About this service
Provides specialized care as part of the Manitoba HIV Program including ongoing care, treatment, support and information to clients living with HIV.
Team based care approach including physicians, nurse practitioners, nurses, social worker and pharmacist.
Available to clients for both primary care and specialized HIV care, or for only specialized HIV care for clients who already have a current family provider.
Accepting newly diagnosed patients and transfer of care from within Manitoba as well as other provinces/countries.
