About this service
Alzheimers disease and other forms of dementia can leave those with the disease and their care partners feeling isolated. You are not alone. There are other people to share the journey with you!
Support groups offer the opportunity to meet, interact with and learn from others who are living with dementia. Its a safe environment where you can share, laugh, and help each other through mutual understanding.
We are currently offering both virtual and a *limited* number of socially distanced caregiver support groups to help connect people with others living in a similar situation during these uncertain times and to ensure that families continue to have access to support and information.
