About this service
Dementia Care is a one-day learning opportunity for healthcare professionals caring for people with dementia. The 2020 conference explored best practices, evidence and issues surrounding a palliative approach to care and opened up conversations that can be difficult and are often avoided.
Professional Education Topics and Learning Outcomes
Alzheimer Society staff is available to help by presenting in-service education about issues regarding Alzheimers disease and another dementia. On-site presentations can be offered in seminar format, as a series or in brief topics. Sessions can be tailored to the learning needs of your group or to a course outline.
