About this organization

COVID 19 Update: Mon - Fri 10:30am - 2:30pm

The Learning Disabilities centre offers information to the learning disabled, their families, professionals, and interested others. We provide library books, instructional materials, videos, and reference materials, available for loan. We have info about local, provincial and national services.

Through information sessions, an opportunity is provided for families and others interested in the well-being of learning disabled individuals to come together in a common pursuit. Emotional support is provided through others in similar situations.

A major purpose of the organization is the creating of public awareness and acceptance of learning disabilities through information evenings, workshops and in-services.

People with learning disabilities and attention deficit disorders.
