About this service
Clients work collaboratively with Employment Coaches, developing approaches to finding and keeping jobs that work. We get clients looking for work as soon as they are ready, rather than spending time in assessment and training. We offer one-on-one assistance for job seekers in meeting their employment goals and offer continual support once work has been obtained or if a job loss occurs.
- Together, clients and their coach develop an Employment Plan based on past work experience, strengths, interests, preferences, and life goals of the client.
- Weekly meetings maintain enthusiasm and momentum. Clients actively work towards meeting their employment goals on their own between appointments.
- Employment Coaches are experienced in all aspects of the employment process and can assist you with rsum writing, interview practice, job search, the application process and problem solving.
