About this service
The Intensive Support and Supervision Program (ISSP) is a community based one-to-one service for youth involved in the criminal justice system. The program serves youth on a court order between the ages of 12 and 18. The program complements the case management and supervision provided by the referring youth probation officer and is most often a court-mandated service.
The overall goal of the program is to reduce involvement in the criminal justice system, through a trauma-informed practice that seeks to optimize the health and wellness of the participants. ISSP staff support youth as they participate in planned activities as well as support and monitor compliance with the conditions of the youths court order.
