About this service
The CCRR is a service for Families and Child Care Providers. Child Care Resource and Referral work with the North Okanagan communities to promote quality, inclusive child care services that meet the needs of families and promote the healthy development of children.
SERVICES TO PARENTS:
- Referrals to local caregivers and other child care services
- Answers to your child care questions
- Assistance with application for Affordable Child Care Benefit
- Access to parent education opportunities
- Drop-In programs for families and children
- Resource/toy lending library
SERVICES TO CARE PROVIDERS:
- Support for new child care businesses
- Courses, workshops, training and networking opportunities
- Drop-In programs for caregivers and children
- Site support visits by qualified staff
- Resource/toy lending library
- Listing on the CCRR caregiver registry
- Child Care referrals to your centre
