About this service
Each week, WAHRS holds a general meeting for about 30 members. We do lots of different things at our meetings. For example, we have nurses in to speak about HIV, our members or other researchers present about issues that are important to our members, we hold workshops about how to vote, or we talk about self-care. WAHRS is focused on teaching our members about harm reduction and how to be healthy and happy. We also do fun things like Halloween parties and baseball games, which is part of harm reduction!
