About this service
The Pennsylvania provides 44 units of supportive housing, 50% of which have embedded clinical support via a partnership with Vancouvers Coastal Health. Two clinical projects are located at the Pennsylvania: the Community Transitional Care Team (CTCT) and the Pennsylvania Supported Suites (PSS). Both are co-managed by PHS and Vancouver Coastal Health.
