About this service
This Way Ahead offers youth ages 16 through 24 an opportunity to gain valuable skills and confidence in the customer service field through a series of supported workshops and a paid internship with the GAP, Old Navy, or Banana Republic. Hosting stores are located in Langley, Surrey, Coquitlam, Burnaby, Vancouver, and Richmond.
Program Features
- Nine weeks of part-time, in-group life and employment skills workshops
- 10-week part-time internship in store with the GAP, Banana Republic, or Old Navy
- Three-month post internship follow-up and job coaching
