About this service
The goal is to give at-risk children a solid foundation from which they can build a successful future. The local church is mobilized to minister to the holistic needs of each child. Volunteer mentors become trusted allies and are enlisted to offer academic, emotional, social and spiritual support.
We offer small group and 1on1 tutoring in numeracy and literacy (grades K-7) 4 days a week, besides offering a rich program with a high ratio of responsible adults to children that also features sharing a meal together, playing together, and sharing stories.
