About this service
An education program presented in a convenient online format; accessible to Canadians living remotely and nationally. It is presented in four series, Healing Foundations, Nutrition, Self-Care and Support and Physical Activity. A high speed internet connection is required. InspireHealths LIFE Webinar Series is a supportive cancer care education program that can be accessed online from anywhere. Through this program participants will learn important ways to prevent cancer, alleviate symptoms of cancer treatment, reduce the likelihood of recurrence, and optimize health and well-being.
