Cooper Place is a five story building that has been converted to Enhanced Assisted living. It is located in the heart of Vancouvers downtown eastside at the corner of East Cordova and Gore Streets. There are 69 rooms all of them have a private washroom and 15 of the rooms are wheelchair accessible. The rooms are furnished with a bed, bedside table, a chest of drawers, desk, and a chair. Residents may bring in small personal items such as pictures, television, or other appropriate furnishings.
