About this service
Admission to Central City Lodge is based on an assessment of each proposed Residents individual needs. These needs are determined through an eligibility assessment conducted by a community case manager. These assessments are then reviewed by the Vancouver Coastal Health (VCH) Priority Access team. Appropriate matches to Central City Lodge are determined and made as beds become available.
All inquiries regarding eligibility should be directed to your local community Health Unit. They will then arrange for a case manager to conduct an eligibility assessment as required.
