About this service
Just as there are specific benefits to learning in a group (e.g. learning to listen in a noisy environment), there are specific benefits to tailored learning, designed to meet the childs specific needs. Students benefit from one-to-one sessions with our speech and language pathologist outside of the class that focus on developing skills in multiple areas, including receptive and expressive language, auditory/listening skills, vocabulary, articulation, cognition, and social communication. When we layer one-on-one instruction on top of group work, we see tremendous progress.
