About this organization
The Veterans Transition Network was created to develop a self-sufficient, independent, non-profit organization to build a network of support around our returning veterans to help them transition from the military to a productive, hopeful, and meaningful civilian life.
For veterans to successfully transition from military to productive citizens, the VTN believes in the critical importance of fostering independence through the values of care, respect, collaboration and courage
All our military Veterans deserve the opportunity to be in good holistic health, have fulfilling careers and enjoy meaningful relationships in their transitions to civilian life.
Like all Canadians, the VTN values the contributions that veterans have made to honour Canada and we honour their sacrifices and suffering.
Who can use it?
Any Canadian Forces or RCMP Veteran.
