About this service
Our community knows how to reach us for effective action. We work collaboratively as seniors, service providers, community organizations and local governments to ensure that supports and programs are available for all older adults living on the Sunshine Coast in order for them to be healthy, valued and involved members of the community. The Seniors Planning Table (SPT) is made up of 40+ local organizations and service providers across the Coast representing close to 100 individuals who support seniors, as well as individual senior representatives. WE TAKE ACTION TO: Identify needs and gaps, honouring the diversityamong older adults in all dimensions Build partnerships Connect existing services Communicate and collaborate to meet the needs of older adults Speak up for, and about services for older adults
