The Sunshine Coast Caregivers Support Network is dedicated to providing compassionate listening and offering resources to caregivers of all ages and circumstances. We acknowledge, appreciate and support residents who are unpaid caregivers to a family member or friend and the stress and fatigue that may cause. A TRAINED COORDINATOR CAN HELP YOU WITH: One-on-one support by phone. Information and referral to disease-specific organizations and groups Support in accessing personal planning Assistance in better understanding the healthcare system Connecting you with community resources available to support your valuable role
