About this service
Our welcoming space provides comfy areas for you to work at your laptop, go online at one of our public computers or study with friends. Light pours in from large windows that overlook one of Saanichs beautiful green spaces we recommend taking a walk with an e-audiobook filling your earbuds.
Built as part of the Saanich Commonwealth Place Recreation Centre, with the areas only Olympic-size pool, the Bruce Hutchison Branch opened its doors in 1994. We share a large programming room with Commonwealth Place in which we host free programs for kids, teens and adults.
We hope well have the pleasure of welcoming you to Bruce Hutchison for quiet reading, a lively program or discovery of something new to enlarge your world.
