About this organization

Gordon Head United Church was a new congregation planted in this community in 1961 by the national church a small group of faithful United Church folk began gathering in the Gordon Head Community Hall on April 9th, and by November were in their own building on Torquay Drive. The congregation was partnered with Cordova Bay United, and both churches were supported in part by mission support grants and shared one paid minster.
