About this service
Many older adults find it is important to review their use of medicines and other mood changing activities such as gambling and alcohol use. Sometimes the senior has a problem with their use of alcohol or drugs, or has a family member who has a problem. We provide service to both the senior and their family. We offer outreach counselling and case management to seniors at home. We work very closely with other professionals in the community to develop collaborative programs to keep our seniors healthy.
