About this service
Since November 2019 the BC Hepatitis Network has provided community hepatitis C antibody screening in partnership with community-based organizations around the province, training peers, community workers, and staff to bring hep C point of care testing to their communities for either an event or to be provided on an ongoing basis.
Equipping members of your team to provide point of care testing for hep C is a way to help begin the process of linking people affected by hepatitis C to care in your community. The test uses just a few drops of blood from a fingerstick testanyone can learn how to do it, and well help you throughout the process!
