About this service
Different situations call for different needs.
Sometimes all it takes is a little time and effort, and we can help mitigate short-term problems. Other times, however, extended help is required. To broaden our ability to help, we offer both long- and short-term counselling.
Short-term counselling focuses on identifying strengths within the family unit to help them face the problems as they come up. We help families develop goals for therapy and support the individual and their family to work towards a change.
If the problem is bigger than the family is comfortable with or able to deal with, we are able continue counselling to help them further.
