About this service
An employment skills and Environmental Monitoring training program open to unemployed individuals, 18 years of age or older. Participants will gain access to employment assistance services, employability improvement activities and ECO Canada BEAHR (Building Aboriginal Environmental Human Resources) in this comprehensive, engaging 16 week program.
The curriculum of this program is targeted toward assisting workers to acquire the information and skills they need to increase their employability in the modern labour market. The program is ideal for individuals who have experienced difficulty attaching to the labor market due to limited resources for training, lack of job search skills and /or uncertainty around work related goals. The QUEST Plus Program moves participants toward their Environmental Industry employment goals, increases skills and confidence, and provides opportunities to secure ongoing job search supports and additional skills development.
