Broken Circle

Broken Circle is a registered 10-week structured support group for adults who are grieving the death of a loved one. Throughout the program, you will learn what to expect and gain valuable tools while talking to others who are sharing a similar journey. Share your story, feelings, and realizing you are not alone in your grief and emotions and can one-day experience joy again.

Grief and Grub for Guys

Over the course of the eight weeks, men find that they have things in common. There are friendships made. They become comfortable talking about their loss and what they are experiencing because of it. The program offers peer support, education about grief and a cooked meal.

Tea Time for the Soul

Tea Time for the Soul is a peer support drop-in group held weekly, open to all of those grieving a loss. Join us Mondays from 3:00 to 5:00 pm and Saturdays from 9:00 to 11:00 am at the Solace Center. Share your story with tea and cookies and begin to peel the layers of grief away.
