About this service
The Prince George Essential Skills & Job Readiness Training Program is an employment skills training program open to unemployed individuals, 18 years of age or older. Participants will gain access to employment assistance services and employability improvement activities in this comprehensive, engaging 6 week program.
The curriculum of this program is targeted toward assisting workers to acquire the information and skills they need to increase their employability in the modern labour market. The program is ideal for individuals who have experienced difficulty attaching to the labor market due to limited resources for training, lack of job search skills and /or uncertainty around work related goals. The Prince George Essential Skills & Job Readiness Training program moves participants toward their employment goals, increases skills and confidence, and provides opportunities to secure ongoing job search supports and additional skills development.

18+, unemployed, not on EI and not attached to other LMA funded programs, not a student
