About this service
Residential care facility for seniors age 60 and over with complex health care needs who require 24-hour care due to dementia, mental health problems, or substance use concerns. Services include personal care, medication administration, meals, laundry service, and life skills support. Nursing services are provided five days a week and life skills support services are available 16 hours a day. Referral required from a physician. Fax: (250) 562-8763.
