Community Acute Stabilization Team (CAST)

Provides integrated mental health services to adults who exhibit psychiatric symptoms of sufficient severity to bring about significant impairment in daily functioning, including mood disorders, personality disorders, concurrent substance use issues, bipolar disorder, grief, adjustment disorders, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and post-partum depression. Services include assessment and treatment, crisis intervention, short-term counselling, medication management, and individual and group therapy. Referral required from a physician.
