About this service
Phase II is a supported independent living program for youth and is available in Quesnel. Youth generally participate in the program for 3 to 6 months and are supported by a Youth Outreach Worker with flexible hours, including weekends and evenings. Youth also have access to 24/7 emergency assistance.
The program provides supported, independent living services to seven youth in Quesnel. Youth are referred to the program by the Ministry of Children and Family Development Social Workers as the youth are approaching adulthood and working towards independence.
