Provides substance use management for adults through medical detoxification; integrated case management; family and community care management; education; recreational activities; and individual, family, and group support. Also provides transition beds for adults waiting for a space at a community supportive recovery house or addictions day treatment program. Clients wanting to start methadone or suboxone as part of the detox process should set up a provider first; clients already using methadone or suboxone can detox from other substances. Open referral.
