Strive Living Staffed Residences

Staffed residences are homes in the community throughout the Lower Mainland, Sunshine Coast and Kelowna where individuals of diverse abilities live and receive 24/7 supervision and support. Staffed residences offer accommodations to individuals with an acquired brain injury, physical and intellectual disabilities, behavioral and medical health care needs. Homes are wheel chair accessible and well equipped with adaptive equipment. Each home is well maintained and has a unique character that is reflective of the residents personalities and tastes. Common across all locations is a welcoming sense of friendliness, safety, and comfort. Homes accommodate one to six individuals, where everyone has their own bedroom and shares the common areas. Service delivery begins with an Individual Service Plan, during which goals are established for the upcoming year based on the individuals wants, needs, and preferences. Qualified and professional staff facilitate various activities and programs in order to give each person the best opportunity to achieve their goals.
