About this service
A Canada Pre-Natal Nutrition Program (CPNP), BOND was initiated in 1995 and operates within guidelines from the Public Health Agency of Canada and in partnership with the local Public Health. Services include assessment, information, group and 1:1 support, and provision of certificates for food and vitamin supplements for pregnant women who are at risk for poor pregnancy outcomes due to lifestyle factors and up to 6 months postpartum. Funded under contract with the Public Health Agency of Canada and current contract goes to March 31, 2020 with an option to renew until 2023.
