About this service
Kiwanis Village Seniors Apartments The Kiwanis Village is a low income, seniors subsidised, independent living community. Its a three storey apartment building with elevators and is located on the same property as the Kiwanis Garden Manor and is connected via a covered walkway. Accommodation is provided on a non-profit basis for senior citizens by the Powell River Kiwanis Village Society. Tenants live independently in their own suites and have the option of enjoying the main floor lounge for social activities. Tenants are also invited to join any of the social activities offered at the neighbouring Assisted Living building such as live music, bingo, cards, puzzles and other special events.
