About this service
Our Youth Outreach program is a community-based program that supports youth from 13 up to their 19th birthday to prepare for life after high school. Youth Outreach offers both one-on-one support to fit with your schedule, and group activities after school such as cooking club or recreation centre drop-in. We support you in: Skill-building Providing social opportunities Transition planning Working toward personal and family goals We offer support at your home, at inclusions Jean Pike Centre, or in the community depending on your and your familys needs. Youth Outreach also offers summer daytime programs and spring break activities as needed. Contact us A referral from the M.C.F.D.
