Our Supported Living Program provides support for people with disabilities living independently in the community. Our Supported Living Program provides support for people with disabilities living independently in the community. If you live on your own, without a caregiver or family, we can assist you with daily tasks to support your independence, such as: Grocery shopping Food preparation Banking Paying bills Cleaning Exercise Relationship-building This program is accessible 7 days a week, with flexible hours to meet your schedule and needs.
