About this service
Our Community Connector program is for people who are eligible for Community Living B.C. (C.L.B.C.) services and wish to develop and build upon social connections and interpersonal relationships in the community. Working one-on-one with your Community Connector, you will be supported in creating social connections and relationships, with the goal of developing an unpaid network of support in the community. Working together, your Community Connector will guide you in a process unique to you in: Self-discovery and growth Personal and social goal-setting Exploring and participating in community opportunities To be eligible for Community Connectors, you must be eligible for funding from C.L.B.C.
